Construction of phase 1 of the Crossing Shopping Centre expansion, located on the corner of the N4 and Madiba Drive, Nelspruit, Mpumalanga Province. Phase 1 is the majority of the shops. After the upgrades, Crossing Centre will house a Nedbank, a larger Mopani Pharmacy, Wimpy, an upgraded Virgin Active and Outdoor Warehouse, as well as two parking levels.
