The scope of works includes the lowering of the Weltevreden Road between Valley Road and Republic Road including associated works such as retaining walls, new & relocation of services, bulk earthworks, piling, etc. This will include the linking the lower ground floor with 5 704m² retail space over Weltevreden Road with approximately 2 600m² of refurbishment. Value: R250 million.
