Cradle of Pilanesberg Lodge Project - Ivory Tree Conference Centre

Construction of a conference centre adjacent to the reception building. A helicopter pad near reception building, staff camp, staff rooms, offices, staff clubhouse, store rooms, laundry facility, workshop and staff parking, for the proposed Cradle of Pilanesberg Lodge Project, which is located west of the Ruighoek Dam and east of the Ruighoek Gate within the Pilanesberg National Park. The proposed development will also include the following components: Entrance gate of approximately 40m², reception building and guest parking at the entrance gate. 64 bed Safari Lodge, consisting of four separate individual lodges, each comprising of 8 rooms and a central facility. Each central facility will include a dining room, kitchen, casual bar, lounge, deck and pool and small boma. Eight salas behind each of the four individual lodges. Health and beauty spa of approximately 250m².
