ArcelorMittal is proposing the development of a new opencast iron ore mine in the Northern Cape Province. The COZA Iron ore Project is a greenfields project that will comprise 2 separate pits located on the farms Driehoekspan 435 (remaining extent) and Doornpan 445 (Portion 1 and 2), approximately 13km North, North West of Postmasburg in the Tsantsabane Local Municipality of the Northern Cape Province.
