About this development
Construction of a new university campus at Cote D’Or, Mauritius. The project will comprise of two phases. Phase 1 will consist of an academic block which will include: Classrooms and Lecture Theatres; Academic Affairs Division and Open School (office for lecturers/Heads of dept); Examinations Unit; Library; Computer Laboratories. The estimated area of the building is approximately 10,500 square metres. Phase 2 will comprise an administrative block as well as other amenities which will include: Offices for Administration Division, Finance Division & Multimedia and ICT Division; Committee Rooms; Auditorium; Cafeteria. The estimated area of the building is around 15000 square metres. The land is strategically located near the parking lot of the existing National Sports Complex at Côte D’Or.
