About this development
Residential housing ranging from low cost to fully bonded in Gauteng. Called Cosmo City. The construction of Cosmo City housing will be done in two phases. Phase one will consist of Cosmo Extension Proper, Extension two, and Extension three. Phase two is expected to commence before the end of phase one. Cosmo City will consist off four different types of housing. These will include: 12 500 houses - 5 000 RDP giveaway houses, 3 000 for middle income earners (up to R10 000 pm), 1 000 social houses for rental and 3 500 "bonded" houses for any income bracket. Total project value is over R4 billion.
