About this development
Construction of the Cornubia’s Industrial and Business Estate, which will cover approximately 80ha of the proposed Cornubia Mixed Use Phased Development. This component consists of approximately 38 industrial stands and 16 activity stands. Afrox plans to relocate its Durban operations to a new 111 000 m2 centralised campus, at Cornubia Industrial and Business Estate. Cornubia is a 1250ha greenfields site, located west of the N2 toll road and north of the M41 freeway / Mt Edgecombe within the eThekwini Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal. The proposed development will consist of approximately 25 000 dwelling units, as a range of densities and income levels, covering 430ha. Industrial will cover approximately 80ha, approximately 250 000m² of office bulk is being planned in this precinct and offering more than 200 000m² of commercial bulk.
