About this development
Construction of approximately 250 000m² of offices for the general business zone, as part of the proposed Cornubia Mixed Use Phased Development. Cornubia is a 1250ha greenfields site, located west of the N2 toll road and north of the M41 freeway / Mt Edgecombe within the eThekwini Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal. The proposed development will consist of approximately 25 000 dwelling units, as a range of densities and income levels, covering 430ha. The Industrial area will cover approximately 80ha, Approximately 250 000m² of office bulk is being planned in this precinct and offering more than 200 000m² of commercial bulk. The services and road infrastructure will be implemented on a phased basis over the next 10 - 20 years.
