The site is located east and adjacent to Joubert Street, south and adjacent to Sam Hancock Street, west and adjacent to Hospital Street and north and adjacent to Constitution Hill (Constitutional Court). The site currently accommodates the Nurses Home, Queen Victoria Hospital, a Kidney's event space and a temporary car park. The site is located within the centre of Hillbrow within the jurisdiction of City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, Gauteng. There is a super basement structure in place and construction will be built above the basement.
