Commonwealth Hall Annex, Ghana

Construction of the Commonwealth Hall Annex at the University of Ghana in Ghana. The development will have a fully furnished 4 660 bed capacity, comprising 302 one bed block, 552 two bed block, 3 806 four bed block, 32 two bedroom lecture flats and a 8 000 seat capacity auditorium. The project also include refurbishment of lavatories and water system of the main hall. The project value is estimated to cost US$42 million. The GPS co-ordinates are 5.650562, -0.1962244
