Construction of a commercial centre between Lake Mzingazi and the John Ross Highway in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. Previously known as the Zumanzi Development. Three proposals for development of smaller sections of the site have been received. This means that tender for this site would have to be called again, providing for the possibility to sub-divide. Sub-division of the site into smaller sites would be very attractive and should attract substantial interest.
