Colosseum

Construction of 7 000m² of offices at a mixed use development called the Colosseum at Century City, Cape Town, in the Western Cape. A seven storey structure will also have 40 apartments including penthouses and more than 500 parking bays, at a cost of approximately R300 million. A luxury all-suite hotel is to be developed at Century City at a cost of R85 million by the Singer Group. The two top floors of the mixed-use Colosseum development will house the new hotel. These two floors had initially been earmarked for 40 residential apartments but have been completely redesigned and reconfigured to create the luxury 61 all-suite hotel.
