Colesberg Truck Stop - Infrastructure

Construction of services and infrastructure for the Colesberg Truck Stop on erf 2025 in Colesberg, in the province of the Northern Cape. The site is 15,2053 ha and is located directly south of Colesberg, to the south of the intersection of the N1 (Cape Town) and the N9 (Port Elizabeth) and the scope of works includes: a 24-hour depot with storage tanks of 300m³, 231 secure parking bays for trucks up to 22 meters long, accommodation entailing 30 standard rooms with communal ablution facility and 26 en-suite rooms with own ablution facilities. There will also be separate ablution facilities for drivers that elect to sleep in their vehicles. There will also be additional services such as laundry service, convenience store, tire fitting facilities, banking ATMs, truck washbay, on site dispensary with 24-hour medical services.
