Coin de Mire Attitude Hotel Extension, Mauritius

Construction works for the extension of the existing and presently operating 102 room capacity, 3 star status Coin de Mire Attitude hotel situated at Bain Boeuf – Cap Malheureux in Mauritius. The extension and refurbishment project will encompass: (i) Construction of 11 rooms on existing blocks of GF+1 configuration; (ii) A new block of GF+2 configuration encompassing 9 rooms. (iii) Light refurbishment of all the existing rooms. The public areas and/or amenities will also be upgraded: (i) Demolition of part of the existing restaurant – located close to the Mon Choisy – Cap Malheureux Coastal Road. (ii) Construction of a new restaurant with a different architectural design on almost the same footprint as the existing restaurant. (iii) Addition of 8 additional parking lots. (iv) Construction of a new bar. (v) Refurbishment of the existing kids club/corner and conversion of same into an open restaurant which will be named “Kot Nou”. (vi) A new kiosk will be built at the southern boundary of the proposed project site which will house the kid’s corner. (vii) The existing gym will be converted into a shop. (viii) A new gym will be located on the first floor of the existing gym / game building. (ix) Upgrading of the WWTP.
