Construction of the hotel and recreational component for the Cloud's End Country Estate in Utrecht municipal area in Northern KwaZulu-Natal. The development will consist of 427 residential units built in five villages and set in various locations on an almost 6 000 hectare property. There will also be staff accommodation, three club houses, a boutique hotel, a health hydro and a handful of retail outlets (farm stall and curios) and these will be centered around a village square which will have a venue for theatre and exhibitions.
