The scope of works is as follows: Two operating theatres in existing structure, new Interventional Theatre, new Laminar Flow Theatre, new 11 bed adult ICU, new 14 bed NNICU, upgrade radiology, three storey building (Paedatric ward and two floors medical wards), coffee shop, hospital waiting, admission and foyer, three storey building (Doctor's consulting rooms and board rooms), three stop lift installation complete, Porte Cochere, new kitchen, staff entrance, dining, change rooms,technical department and delivery yard, new pharmacy, nuclear medicine, upgrade of external services, mechanical installation (Plant), new entrance and parking, two new guard houses, gates, etc and relocate existing services at new entrance. R140 million.
