About this development
Construction of offices for a mixed-use development, City of Golden Jubilee in Doulala / Bonaprise at a place called "City of Customs" district in Cameroon. The project is initiated and implemented by the State of Cameroon through the Urban Community of Douala (CUD). Phase 1, which grows on a tax base of 2 acres, formerly occupied by a hundred duplex in the heart of uptown Bonapriso, is considered one of the most prestigious. This mixed-use development will consist of luxury apartment buildings, a shopping center, shops, and offices. All complemented by leisure areas (pools, play areas), walks (green spaces) traffic (pedestrians and cars) of overhead and underground parking.
