Upgrading of the Durban City Hall precinct located in Anton Lembede St, Ward 28, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. CIDB 7CE. The scope of work could include: the widening of existing road, length 300m with the associated road layer work, narrowing of the roadway to increase the width of the sidewalks to the minimum required width, raised intersection and sidewalks with 20mm milled asphalt and replaced/raised with 120mm asphalt and construction of a new kerb line, including vehicular and pedestrian scoops with transition kerbs as well as sidewalks and drainage. The GPS marker has been placed at the city hall 29°51'31.0"S 31°01'34.3"E
