Construction of bulk infrastructure for Diepsloot West Extension 13 / Chuma Mall situated in Diepsloot, City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipal area, Gauteng. The scope of works includes the upgrading of bulk services surrounding the mall and construction of access roads into the property. The site is situated on Portion 142 of the Farm Diepsloot 388 JR, at the corner of William Nicol Drive and First Avenue. The development is proposed to consist of a shopping centre which will include shops, offices, restaurants, dry cleaners, a launderette and a place of amusement. Also proposed are facilities for sport and recreational purposes, restaurants, a place of public worship, a place of instruction (creche) and a social hall.
