About this development
Construction of the biggest border trade centre in South Africa is to take place in Musina in Limpopo. The Centre will be located 8km from the Beitbridge border post. The 150 000m² China Wholesale Centre will house more than 200 hundred shop outlets, logistics facilities, warehouse, restaurants, snack bars, light industrial workshop and offices. The first phase of R600 million investment will occupy 35 000m² with 223 shops and auxiliary facilities. The second phase will include a storage area, logistics area, hotel, bus station and a supporting residential apartment zone.
