Renovation and refurbishment of Charles Street Retail on the corner of Justice Mohammed Street and 25th Street on the remainder of erf 931, Menlo Park, Pretoria, Gauteng. The scope of works includes the renovation and refurbishment of an existing BP filling station to include a new Pick n Pay store with a total of 504m² as well as the construction of two new fast food outlets which are a single level KFC with construction area of 290m² and a double storey Famous Brands building with a construction area of 541m². The fast food buildings will be done to a white box specification.
