Establishment of the Chanrix Thermal Power Plant, an energy generation facility with associated infrastructure and structures on a portion of the remaining extent of Portion 7 and Portion 26 of the the Farm Rietvalley 225, Mossel Bay RD, located in the Mossel Bay municipal district, in the Western Cape. The proposed thermal power plant will be a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant, to be fueled with natural gas.
