About this development
Construction of the residential units for the Ceres Eco Golf Village. This village will be developed on the existing golf course in Ceres, in the Western Cape. The existing clubhouse will be upgraded and extended and squash courts, a restaurant and ablution blocks will be added. There will be 280 individual plots of between 500 and 1 300m² each. The houses are designed in the Cape Dutch style.
