Century Park, Rwanda - Residential, Phase 1

Construction of a mixed-use development in Kigali where the former Kigali City Park was, near Kigali Golf Course in Rwanda. The development will consist of villas, apartment blocks, a clubhouse, a boutique hotel, a five star Sheraton hotel on a 9.6 hectares piece of land. It will be built over 2 phases. Phase 1 residential will consists of 16 villas and two apartment blocks. The apartments, some which will be sold to the public and the others managed by the company as serviced apartments. The development targets all types of upper middle class: families, couples, business travellers and singletons. There are 2 bed, 3 bed and 4 bed apartments.The 380m², 3-storey villas,will offer luxurious living, with the option of a swimming pool. The villas will have a duplex living room connecting directly to the landscape and 6 bedrooms in total. The first phase is set to cost an estimated $7 million (about Rwf4.8 billion), while the second phase will cost about $200 million.
