Construction of a mixed-use development in Kigali where the former Kigali City Park was, near Kigali Golf Course in Rwanda. The development will consist of villas, apartment blocks, a clubhouse, a boutique hotel, a five star Sheraton hotel on a 9.6 hectares piece of land. It will be built over 2 phases. The first phase is set to cost an estimated $7 million (about Rwf4.8 billion), while the second phase will cost about $200 million.
