Construction of a 17,262 sqm office project in Century City, in the Western Cape. To be known as Bridge Park, the development will comprise two large “green” buildings, Bridge Park West and Bridge Park East, are to be built on a high-profile site on Ratanga Road in the Bridgeways precinct. The two four-storey buildings will have striking glazed and aluminium panelled façades, large balconies and enclosed private forest spaces.
