About this development

Phase III of the Central Square Sandton development consists of 2 high rise residential buildings bordered by Short Street, West Road South and Lower Road in Sandton, Gauteng. Acacia Building has 20 floors with 60 apartments and 2 penthouses, some of the apartments will have direct views onto the landscaped garden set between the 9th and 12th floors. Fever Tree Building is also 20 floors with 65 apartments and 3 penthouses and the theme of green living is carried through to the indigenous rooftop garden, entertainment and swimming area. Phase III is due to commence in 2015. This development was originally called Central Park, changed to Green Park and is now known as Central Square Development Sandton.
