Bushwillow is 20 floors with 4 apartments per floor, primarily 2 - 3 bedroomed. Fig Tree is 20 floors with spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments of between 120m² and 228m². The Karee building is 21 levels. The first 6 floors will be occupied by a 5-star, 75 room Boutique hotel and the remaining 16 floors will consist of 108 modern, 1-bedroomed bachelor apartments averaging 70m². This development was originally called Central Park, changed to Green Park and is now known as Central Square Development Sandton.
