About this development

Construction of the new Central Bank of Eswatini (CBE) headquarters in Ezulwini, Eswatini. Phase 1 will entail the construction of the 18 storey high rise office park with two underground floors to be used as parking, data centre, museum and innovation hub. The proposed building shall comprise of: i. One floor of underground parking with coverage area of 5000m²; ii. The first four floors including the ground floor shall have a floor area of 2500m² per floor; iii. The last 14 floors shall have a floor area of 1200m² per floor. Estimated cost: E1 biliion.
