Construction of a new cement mill, packing plant and pelletizing plant at the NPC Simuna Plant near Oribi Gorge in KwaZulu-Natal. The project includes the construction of a second kiln, a 12 000-t, multi compartment cement storage silo with two bulk loading systems, a stretch hood plant and a packing/palletizing plant that will operate at 3 000 bags of cement an hour.
