About this development
Construction of office component in the mixed use development in North Riding, west of the parking area of Northgate Dome, between Northumberland Road, Olievenhout, Auroele and Valley Road, Gauteng. A 70 000m² office campus is being created with an urban design philosophy, incorporating a green street scape that will encourage pedestrian flow between buildings and coffee shops. The offices will be single or multi tenanted and offered for sale or rent. The site is well served by the road network and is close to prime residential areas. The entire development of offices, retail, commercial, residential and hotel will be developed on a 45ha site. Estimated value is R3 billion.
