Construction of a restaurant and auditorium in the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) Pension Fund's new tower of 27 floors located on plot LR209/4976 & 4977 located on a site between Harambee Land and Haile Selassie Lane, situated behind AGIP house in Nairobi, Kenya. The tower will consist of 2 basements with 83 parking spaces, a ground floor with 5 commercial spaces, Floors 1 - 4 f will haves more parking spaces with 49 parkings per floor. Floor 5 has a restaurant and auditorium. Floors 6 - 25 will have office spaces, Floors 26 & 27 will have a pent house and more office space. Estimated project value : Sh2.49 billion.
