Construction of islands, canals and waterfront facilities on the Duzi River as a basis for a waterfront development, KwaZulu-Natal. To be known as Camps Drift Waterfront. Included in the proposal is the development of a man-made Olympic-standard canoe/kayak slalom water course and a hydro stadium - the first in Africa - as a training venue and recreational facility.
