Construction of bulk earthworks services and infrastructure for Calypso Heights Development located adjacent to Woolwash Road, Amalinda, East London, Eastern Cape Province. Infrastructure will include a main road with 2 traffic circles, a traffic light in Woolwash Road as well as the upgrading of service infrastructure (electrical cables, Telkom phone lines etc). This development will entail the following: 1 500 social housing units which will consist of 3 and 4 storey buildings; communal facilities including a community hall, clinic and créche. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is 32°59'30.8"S 27°52'09.3"E
