Construction of a 200 bed general hospital in Cabinda, Angola. Funding for the project will come from UK Export Finance (UKEF). This project is divided in two phases due to funding reasons and is composed of 1 half basement, 1 ground floor, 6 floors and roof. Phase 1 is composed of 100% basement, ground and 1st Floor, 95% of MEP floor and 4 typical floors. Phase 2 is composed of 5% of MEP Floor and 3 typical floors. The first phase for the proposed development has a total BUA of 36,858 m2, housing a total of 200 beds and 300 car parking bays.
