Burgundy Estate Phase 1 - School

Construction of the Riverside College Phase 1, for the Burgundy Estate, to be situated on 185ha at the foot of Tygerberg Hills, Cape Town in the Western Cape. This Estate will become a self-contained suburb complete with educational, community, recreation and retail facilities, within a secure environment. Separate portions of the property will be sold off to a collection of developers who will develop the 94 individual nodes, which will eventually include 5803 residential units. This development will be built on one of the last remaining undeveloped areas on the urban edges of the Tygerberg and Durbanville areas - the North Eastern part of the historic De Grendel wine farm.
