About this development
Buffalo Mall will be the first modern shopping centre built in Naivasha in Kenya. It is to be located at the junction of Moi South road and the Trans African Highway. The development will be over 7400m² in the first phase with a further 2 phases taking the total retail space to over 22 000m². The new mall will be anchored by a large supermarket and other household names, both Kenyan and international brands will occupy the inline retail units. There will also be restaurants and coffee shops as well as dedicated children's play area. The mall will be built at a cost of $8 million (Sh693.6 million) and will be ready for use in 12 months.
