The scope of works is the construction of the Bridge City integrated rapid transit network bus depot on the Bridge City, precinct lower platform and includes the construction of administration building, bus wash-bay facility, bus refuelling facility, mechanical maintenance workshop, security gatehouse 1, security gatehouse 2 ,plant room, bulk earthworks, in-situ concrete bus parking and driveway areas, asphalt to administration parking, retaining wall and associated riverbank protection works, services reticulation – storm water, sewer, portable water, fire, electrical, etc, storm water attenuation structures and devices, security fencing and access gates.
