Construction of a 600 000m², two-level shopping centre for Bridge City, in the previously-disadvantaged areas of Inanda, Ntuzuma, KwaMashu and Phoenix North of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Included in this phase of the Bridge City development is an underground railway station and 750 residential apartments. Project value: R740 million.
