The development will be developed in 5 phases and will include 448 freestanding homes and 252 medium density housing units, a community centre consisting of the following uses: 50 bed boutique hotel, restaurant, 200m² shops, 500m² offices, laundrette, crèche, place of worship and Community recreation facilities such as tennis court, swimming pool,squash court, gymnasium and hall.
