About this development
Construction of 159 retirement apartments for zone 3 for the Bretagna Estate, on Erf 26158, Paarl, Western Cape. Zone 3 will be located in the northern section of the development. There will be four types of apartments with floor areas of 60m², 80m² and 120m² available at ground, first and second floor levels. Provision will also be made for assisted living units at second floor level and a club house of 300m² at ground floor level. This zone will be developed as the 3rd phase. The exact GPS co-ordinates are 33°46'43.3"S 18°59'03.6"E.
