Construction of a mixed use retail complex in zone 4 for gymnasium, office and residential apartments for the Bretagna Estate, located on Erf 26158, Paarl, Western Cape.The commercial component will be supplemented by a gymnasium of 2 081m² split between the second and third floor levels. The gymnasium will be located at second, third and fourth floor levels within the retail complex. The office space will be located on second, third and fourth floor levels within the retail complex. Three apartment types with a floor area of 60m², 80m² or 120m² will be provided at first, second and third floor levels. A total of 108 apartments are proposed. Zone 4 will be developed as the final phase for the Bretagna Estate. The exact GPS co-ordinates are 33°46'43.3"S 18°59'03.6"E.
