Upgrading of the Botha's Hill Public Realm. This upgrade will increase the commercial and light industry land use in the area. Associated with the land use potential are the future transport requirements. The key transport corridor in the area is the Old Main Road (R103), a Provincial Road which provides access to the National Route 3 via indirect access through Alverstone and Kassier Roads.Aproximate GPS co-ordinates are 29°47'22.2"S 30°44'26.1"E
