Boston Office Park - Building

Construction of an office park at 43 - 47, 1st Avenue, Boston, in Bellville, Cape Town in the Western Cape. The development will take place in 2 phases. The development will involve the demolition of all the structure on erf 10233, Bellville and the refurbishment of existing structures on erven 10231 and 10232, Bellville and a new link will be constructed between the existing structures on erven 10231 and 10232, Bellville and these are single storey buildings. The new building on erf 10233 will consist of two storeys and a loft. The ground floor and first floor will be used for offices and service facilities. The loft will be used for storage and record keeping and a recreational area for the staff.
