Construction of the infrastructure and services for Bondeni Satellite City in Arusha, Tanzania which will be built a site of an area covering 1 100 acres on a farm in the Oljoro area situated from the Arusha CBD. This new city will cater for all sorts of residential facilities from residential apartments, affordable houses, duplex apartments, high-end duplex villas, townhouses, ambassadorial villas, cottages and studio apartments. In addition this city will also have commercial facilities, Arusha's biggest shopping mall, office building, business centre and fabrication centres to support the communities within.
