This is for the new shopping mall which is to be built on 5.8 acres and to consist of the following : A minimum 250,000 Sq Ft Shopping, Lifestyle Mall with the following; Various restaurants/coffee shops, bars required; A dedicated Maasai Market, A dedicated cultural market with small stalls; A children’s entertainment area; A Youth Entertainment Centre; A Food Court; Other Shops/Banks as required.
