The Bomas International Convention Complex (BICC) will occupy 6 acres and will be redeveloped and managed by the Government of Kenya through the Bomas of Kenya Ltd. It is to be located in Bomas, Nairobi, Kenya. The convention and exhibition centre will consist of the following : A large 10 000m² exhibition hall divisible into 6 exhibition spaces; the convention halls will have a large plenary hall; two smaller independent convention halls similar to the large plenary hall; a new 1 500 seater performance theatre complete with an orchestra pit; a purpose built ball room that can sit 2 000 people banquet style; a total of 100 number meeting / break out rooms to be provided. Other amenities include : parking facilities for up to 3500 vehicles; management offices and toilet facilities. Project value is estimated at Ksh31.6 billion.
