Development on the site of the existing Sandown Motors, Corner Rivonia and Daisy Road in Sandton, Gauteng. Phase 1 will comprise of the following: BMW Motor Showrooms on 7 levels, Daytona Showrooms, Upmarket/Exclusive Restaurant, Luxury Imported Sports Car Dealership, Aston Martin. Phase 2 will comprise the upgrading of the existing office block. Phase 3 will be constructed above BMW and will comprise a 15 level tower block for residential and office units. Public demand will determine the ratio between the residential and office units.
