About this development
Construction of civils, services and associated infrastructure for the Blue Rock Village, which is situated near Sir Lowry's Pass, in the Western Cape. Plans for the mixed-use Blue Rock Village include a multi-functional life style centre within the development, array of medical centres, boutiques, schools and colleges, nurseries, restaurants and cafes. Linked to the centre, is the hotel, spa and conference centre. All parking will be underground and a helipad is also planned. Blue Rock Village will be using A++A rated energy efficient appliances, LED lighting, along with a water management system from shower to sprinklers and a maximum of self-generated solar power. The Blue Rock Village will be built with technology in mind, the Village will offer a fast and reliable connection with a fibre optic system to each residence and this includes Wi-Fi which will be available throughout the Village.
