Construction of the new Blue Downs rail line to be built from the Nolungile to the Kuils River stations, in Cape Town, Western Cape. The proposed design for Blue Downs is a two track 11.5km line which will affect about 50 000 commuters. The GPS marker has been placed at the Nolungile station 34°01'00.6"S 18°38'56.6"E.
